1) Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Ads2Cash at ads2cash.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of forming a binding contract.
• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may require user verification (KYC) to process payouts or investigate fraud.

3) Service Overview

Ads2Cash enables users to earn by engaging with content (e.g., watching videos/ads, completing surveys or offers) and by referring others, subject to these Terms, applicable laws, and partner policies.

4) Prohibited & fraudulent activity

To protect our ecosystem and partners, you must NOT:

• Interfere with the system’s security, integrity, or reliability.
• Create or use any emulator/bot/program to generate fake traffic or automate interactions.
• Send fake traffic via hacking-related methods, proxies, VPNs, traffic-exchange networks, or similar techniques.
• Share Ads2Cash links on adult content websites.
• Spam links in other websites, communities, or unsolicited channels.
• Use the Service while connected to a VPN or proxy.
• Operate multiple accounts, falsify referrals, or perform invalid clicks/impressions.
• Request a payout without meeting the minimum threshold (currently $100).

Enforcement: If we detect invalid clicks/referrals/multiple accounts or similar abuse, we may immediately ban your account and suspend any pending payout. We may share relevant data with our partners for fraud prevention.

5) Third-party content & offers

The Service integrates third-party providers (including but not limited to Google reCAPTCHA, Google Analytics, Google OAuth, Microsoft Clarity, YouTube IFrame, Google AdSense, and external ad/offer networks such as ogads.com, adbluemedia.com, wannads.com). Your participation in offers (CPI/app installs, surveys, polls, etc.) is subject to those providers’ terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites, content, or rewards eligibility beyond what our partners authorize.

6) Payments & threshold

• Minimum payout: $100, unless otherwise stated on the Site.
• Verification: We may require identity and eligibility verification prior to any payout.
• Adjustments: We may reverse, withhold, or adjust earnings for invalid activity, chargebacks, partner rejections, or policy violations.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes due on payouts you receive.

7) Intellectual Property

The Service, including logos, graphics, and software, is owned by Ads2Cash or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8) Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including suspected or actual policy violations or legal risks.
• Inactivity: accounts may be temporarily deactivated after 30 days of inactivity and may be permanently deleted after 60 days of inactivity, subject to legal retention needs.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ads2Cash will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ads2Cash from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

12) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and revise the “Effective date”. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts located in England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a different jurisdiction is required by mandatory law.
